Welcoming Tobias Skarin as Finance Manager

We’re very happy to welcome Tobias Skarin to Triolgruppen. He joins us as Finance Manager and will work closely with both Bostadskreditfonden and Triol Kapital.

Tobias most recently comes from Slättö, where he worked with financial reporting and capital flows across the entire value chain, from fund level down to individual property investments. Before that, he spent several years as an Authorized Public Accountant (Sweden), working with both entrepreneurial companies and firms in the financial sector, and also gained experience from listed industrial companies.

– Those years gave me a solid foundation in financial management, across both listed companies and entrepreneurial fund structures, and a clear sense of what actually drives value creation, says Tobias.

What drew him to Triolgruppen was the combination of momentum, direction and pace.

– Triolgruppen is in a very exciting phase right now, and the chance to be part of building from here was something that really appealed to me. The combined offering across Triol Kapital and Bostadskreditfonden is strong and well thought through. And with the pace and short decision paths, it feels both meaningful and genuinely enjoyable to contribute.

He describes a team where things move quickly, from idea to decision, and where people naturally step in to help each other out.

– I’ve been given a very warm welcome, and it’s clear there’s a lot of experience here. It’s a tight-knit team, people are aligned, and there’s a great energy to be part of.

Looking ahead, Tobias is keen to stay close to the business and contribute where it really matters, from decision support to how capital and risk are managed. The ambition is to help build something that lasts and can scale over time, while continuing to deepen his understanding of how real estate financing can be structured and scaled within Triolgruppen.

He’s only been with us for just over a week, but after onboarding across the organization and quickly getting involved in actual work, it already feels like he’s been here much longer and we’re very much looking forward to what’s ahead. Welcome, Tobias!
