Terje Björsell, CEO of SBF, joins the Board of Bostadskreditfonden

Bostadskreditfonden has appointed Terje Björsell as a new member of its Board of Directors. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate investments, capital markets, and fund management, he joins the Board at a time when the company continues to expand and scale its operations.

During his career, Terje Björsell has held senior roles across investment, asset management, and corporate governance, with a strong focus on residential real estate and institutional capital structures. His background includes extensive experience from SBF Fonder, Niam, and Nordika.

– There is a clear need for alternative financing solutions in the housing market, and Bostadskreditfonden has established a strong position in this space. I look forward to contributing my experience and supporting the fund’s continued development, says Terje Björsell.

Terje Björsell will bring expertise in areas such as risk management and long-term value creation, and will play an important role in supporting the execution of the company’s strategy.
