Key player for the future
Bostadskreditfonden is the first stakeholder outside the banking and credit market sector to conclude a framework agreement on credit guarantees with the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning under the Regulation on State Credit Guarantees for Housing Loans (2020:255). This makes it possible for the fund to offer institutional and professional investors a lower risk profile when they invest in Swedish housing development projects.
A safe investment environment
The Swedish Housing Credit Fund is authorised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority as an alternative investment fund manager in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Swedish Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act. This ensures a safe, well-regulated investment environment in which we meticulously follow standards and rules in order to protect our investors’ interests.
