Funding for different stages of housing projects
Before construction begins
When planning and preparing for construction to begin, the Swedish Housing Credit Fund provides flexible, tailored funding so that your project can get off to a smooth start. This includes costs for acquisition and architectural design, as well as other preparatory measures required before the actual construction work begins.
During the project
Our bridge loans offer not only flexibility of use, but also favourable and adaptable terms. Short maturities allow for quick repayment following the various phases of the project, thereby providing financial relief and minimising financial impact over time.
After completion
When a housing project has been completed, we offer tailored bridge loans to facilitate a smooth transition to the sales and operational phase, thereby permitting efficient management of the subsequent stages and ensuring a successful transition from construction to utilisation.
